Varnish is done in our workshop before we deliver a cedar bed to your yard. Includes one coat of chemical-free varnish on the outside and inside of a cedar bed. The varnish retains the original cedar colors longer and protects from rotting. Cedar is also naturally rot resistant and lasts longer than pine/fir raised beds.
